Over the last decade, cybersecurity has been focused on the challenge of securing increasingly vulnerable and complex architectures. The industry has made great advances in spotting and blocking attackers, but much like a firefighter battling a blaze in a building built without fire retardant materials, the inherent security design of our IT infrastructure needs to change if we are to significantly reverse the war against attackers.
